Authentic Life

When Isaac Newton was in his early twenties, in 1665, a great plague hit London. To prevent the plague from spreading further, London city was locked down. Newton was studying at Trinity College, Cambridge and the school sent all it's students home. Over one hundred people died because of this epidemic.

Was Newton stressed during this quarantine? Perhaps not . It was during this time that Newton got still and concentrated more on his deeper understanding about scientific theories. He wrote papers that became the early calculus , discovered differential and integral calculus and formulated a theory of Universal gravitation .

Now, when the ladder is not Leaning on the right wall, each step we make get us to the wrong place faster.

The foundation , the origin of an authentic life , is knowing who we are. "Who am I , and what do I exactly want in this life?"

There is a uniqueness on every individual here on earth , which when discovered by the individual and shared to the world , a significant positive impact will be added to the planet . Who are you really? This is the bigger question which one must struggle to answer first for one to live in the center of one'self, to align yourself with the true purpose that brought you in this world. What is my real dream, the true passion , the exact purpose as to why I was created? Its only when we have answered this, that we will align ourselves with the real source of our energy, the heart space of one'self. What is that unique thing with you that no one else can offer to this world apart from you?

Its only when you have identified the real service that the bigger power , the true Spirit , the real God dreamt of  while He was creating you , that will lead you to a life of authenticity.

Sometimes I and you have to listen to our inner selves , check the deepest part of us and answer these questions.

The reason why we actually feel lazy and stressed about what we do sometimes, is because we do things that we were not created to do. Figure out who you really are, what exactly you need from life, the true source of your energy, and the authenticity in your  life will automatically bring itself.

What am saying here is beyond professionalism : being a doctor, teacher, lawyer , etc. No, there is more than this. Yes , a doctor but with which uniqueness? Yes, a teacher but with which uniqueness?  There is always something beyond.

Lord, show us our way. Fulfill in your work.

The storm won't kill you

I was born in 1998 and I lost my father in 2000. I have seven biological brothers and two biological sisters, and am the second last born in the family. By the time my father died, the first born son was studying mechanical engineering and the second eldest brother was in senior six, and that was their end. Everything turned upside down. The next chapter of life was characterized by poverty, tears, grief, sorrow, and misery. One of my brothers attempted to make a suicide; He hang himself on a tree but unfortunately my mother saw him and made a very loud cry to him, in panic the rope slipped from the tree and he felt down, making the suicide unsuccessful. The first born ran mad. I remember him trying to eat a dog alive!  In that tearful moments, there are two prayers ( we are Catholics) that created a rock foundation on which the family is built on up to today. One was prayed by my mother and the second one prayed by my second eldest brother. My mother's prayer " Dear Mother Ma...

Life isn't fair, but its still good

"I went to KFC. 24 people went for the job, 23 were accepted, I was the only one rejected. And we went for police, five people full of them accepted, I was the only one rejected. I applied for Harvard ten times rejected" said by Jack ma, richest man in China. When you've exhausted all possibilities, remember this , you haven't . No matter how bad it is , it could always be worse. Be glad its not. Put your problems in proper perspective. The reason why we don't become who we want to be is because we do attach to who we've been. Haven't you ever hard people saying " but i have always been like this!" Most of us want the convenience of transformation without the inconvenience required for the transformation. Let go of the past so that you can create a better future. It doesn't mean what happened was right, it means your future happiness is more important than holding on to something you can't change. If you want to achieve something differen...
