Why do you think so many children fail in school? Why are so many people drunk all the time? Imagine a life that a person who has lost all his relatives in an accident or war go through! What do you think a bride who has lost her groom just a month after getting married experiences. Some people think poverty is the worst in life. Others think losing a relative or loved one is the worst. Well, experiencing both is the worst. Just imagine a person who is "poor and broken inside"; he lost his relatives and also struggles financially. Over one billion children in the world lost their parents. Research shows that 28% of all children in the world live without their fathers, of which 24.7 million of these live in America. Many people who are 'poor and broken inside' commit suicide, others lose hope completely , children develop mental illnesses , majority go insane ,and others run mad. Because of the many limitations in their lives, everything seems impossible. They lose their value, because whatever they think about, seems to have a dead end. Having experienced such a life, this is my humble advice:
There is no dead end. There is no actual reality. It's our perception of things, circumstances, and situations in our lives that creates a reality. We don't decide the circumstances that happen in our lives but we decide the meaning we give to each and every moment in our lives and how we are going to react to each circumstance. We may come up with thousands of reasons as to why we have to give up, but as well, we can come up with a single reason as to why we have to persist. What completely destroy us is not what we go through, but how we use our mind. If you are 'poor and broken', its okay for you to cry, get depressed and grief but after all the misery , think positively. If your body and soul are completely broken, empower your spirit. Seek for God's guidance, He will empower your spirit and your body and soul will get energised slowly. Your mind will always believe everything you tell it. If you feed it with taking alcohol, committing suicide and others , you life will completely come to an end. Feed the mind with faith, truth , and love, and your life will start again. What is a caterpillar today becomes a butterfly tomorrow. One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through and it will be someone else's survival guide.
