If you judge people, you have no time to love them. Help people not because of who they are or what they do in return , but because of who you are. Real integrity is doing the right thing knowing that nobody is going to know whether you did or not. The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude. Some people hurt us sometimes not willingly, sometimes ignorantly. Its our duty to understand their situation and don't hurt them back. Some people walk around just looking defeated, they have lost hope ,they don't bather even trying it out. They made mistakes before and have all given up. They keep telling you it can't be done, its impossible , don't even try it . But its them not you. Their failures shouldn't be yours. Most of us don't discover who we are on time. We simply try to fit into whatever is available and when such isn't available anymore, we look for whatever is available! That's the number one problem. If we are waiting for everyone around us to approve our decisions , we might end up waiting for ever. Most times these people are judging our capacity based on theirs. They tell you its impossible not because it really is , but because they can't manage it. They believe whatever they can't do, nobody else can. Remember, in the end, everything will change. What is real, what's long lasting, is who you are and what you are meant to bring, and nobody can take that away from you . Unless you have aligned yourself with that, you can't develop into the best version of yourself. Its not what we do that change the world but the dreams behind what we do. We've got to be in the driver's seat of our lives because if we are not, life will drive us. The chances of finding what we want without a clear target are around zero. If we don't know where we are going, we will end up some place we didn't plan to be. We have to define exactly what it is that we want; the end goal. What is required to get there and the reason for doing what we are to do must be strong so that when we hit those road blocks, when things go wrong as they always do , we have the strength to keep going. If anything is going to move forward in my life , am responsible for making it happen. Self-esteem comes from being able to define the world in our own terms and refusing to abide by the judgements of others. A true sign of confidence is when we are able to break away from the crowd regardless of what others say or think. The world is full of good people , if you can't find one, be one..
