Life only changes when it challenges us. At one point , we have all ever fallen into dilemmas. But is it the problems that destroy us or we destroy ourselves? The problems we have today may not exist in ten years to come , but we will. Every problem has a limited life span. Problems do end, but the question is; how have they ended? Have they destroyed or strengthened us? We can choose what the problems will do to us. We can control our reaction to the problem even when we can't control the problem. When we control our reaction to the seemingly uncontrollable problems of life, then in fact we do control the problems' effect on us. There is not necessarily a solution for every problem; however, every problem can be managed positively. Whatever doesn't kill me really makes me stronger. Do you believe that everything happens for a reason that benefits us in some way? What if that difficult person came into your life to make you learn something; patience, how not to treat people, humanity, kindness, empathy , and compassion? What if that painful experience actually happened to make you stronger, wiser and better? Every problem holds positive possibilities. Lawyers are in business because most us are ignorant about the law and as such we violet laws. In fact, we should be appreciative that sometimes we fall into problems because we learn through problems and challenges than we do in happiness. It doesn't matter how we were raised or where we came from. What matters is now, this moment and our willingness to see this moment for what it is , accept it , forgive the past, take responsibility and move forward. No matter how long a night is , the day is sure to come. Its true that he who doesn't know where rain started raining on him will not know where it will stop raining on him. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present and the future . Oprah Winfrey says " turn your wounds into wisdom. Turn your mess into a message. Don't let your pain be in vain. Do something positive with it." At the end , in the choices and decisions we make we get to write our own story. Most of the times , its fear that limit us. " Be honest with yourself. You can never have any impact on society if you haven't changed yourself. If you make people realize that you are not a threat to them , they will embrace you and they will listen to you " said by Nelson Mandela. There are so many things at least if we continue to work hard , there is a possibility ; if we don't do it , nothing is possible; if we try to do it at least we have the hope. Jack ma says "Opportunities lie in the places where people complain . There are so many opportunities in this world because there are so many complaints . if we solve one of the complaints , that is an opportunity."
I was born in 1998 and I lost my father in 2000. I have seven biological brothers and two biological sisters, and am the second last born in the family. By the time my father died, the first born son was studying mechanical engineering and the second eldest brother was in senior six, and that was their end. Everything turned upside down. The next chapter of life was characterized by poverty, tears, grief, sorrow, and misery. One of my brothers attempted to make a suicide; He hang himself on a tree but unfortunately my mother saw him and made a very loud cry to him, in panic the rope slipped from the tree and he felt down, making the suicide unsuccessful. The first born ran mad. I remember him trying to eat a dog alive! In that tearful moments, there are two prayers ( we are Catholics) that created a rock foundation on which the family is built on up to today. One was prayed by my mother and the second one prayed by my second eldest brother. My mother's prayer " Dear Mother Ma...
